Julie –
Good luck on your new adventure. Looking forward to learning more about the herbs, wines and recipes you showcase.
Bon Apetit!
Great recipes. Thanks. JR
Hi Julie,
Love your Web site and will probably be a longtime fan. I’m hoping that you will give me a call so we can talk food. You know how to make and I love writing about it, a perfect blend.
Sincerely
Jomay
Made the Smoked Salmon and Pasta. Was very good! Had fun making it. Instead of the wine I used chicken broth. Didn’t have any wine on hand. Could a person use dry sherry?
Hi Linda, You could substitute Sherry, but the flavor would be a bit stronger. Glad you enjoyed the recipe! Julie
Hi Julie,
What a great website! Good luck on your new venture.
Chris
Thanks so much for the rib recipe! Love your web site. Linda
Hi Julie, Made the ribs over the 4th of July. Mixed up a dry rub and put the ribs in the smoker for 5 to 6 hours. Did this ahead, then on the 4th put them on the grill with bar-b-que sauce until heated an grispy. they were very good! thanks, Linda
Julie, I made your honey pecan chicken for my book club ladies. They were very impressed (called it “yummylicious”!) Perfect dish for a luncheon. Best wishes, Margaret
