One last post from our Colorado travels - Let me introduce you to Mary Sherman the founder and owner of Enjoy Biscotti.  Mary and I met in Sparrow Hawk Gourmet Cookware located in downtown Colorado Springs. Just my luck, she was sharing samples of her biscotti with grateful shoppers. Although all the samples I tasted were magnificent, I was drawn to the Frangelico Chocolate Toffee Chunk Biscotti.  Although I probably don’t need to say more, let me share Mary’s comments about this, my favorite of her many biscotti varieties.

Made with chunks of milk chocolate and toffee, the hazelnut liqueur sets off the decadent flavor of this biscotti to be enjoyed with coffee, wine or with a glass of cold milk or hot cocoa.”

You might also want to try another of Mary’s decadent biscotti varieties like Orange Cranberry Toasted Pecan, White Chocolate Almond Ginger, or Dark Chocolate Almond Anise, or even her Fresh Almond Granola made with organic oats from the Midwest and natural flaxseed and almonds.  Check out her gift items too – your friends and family will be most grateful.

Sean, if you are reading this – you really need to consider adding ‘Enjoy Biscotti’ to your menu.

  1. Leslie Jackson says:

Everyone I have ever sent this to loves all of it. My kids, especially, away at college think that’s the best care package I can send. Doesn’t say much about my baking, does it?

  2. Mary, your niece Maddie works for me as a tour guide at OU. She highly recommended your Biscotti to me.
