One last post from our Colorado travels - Let me introduce you to Mary Sherman the founder and owner of Enjoy Biscotti. Mary and I met in Sparrow Hawk Gourmet Cookware located in downtown Colorado Springs. Just my luck, she was sharing samples of her biscotti with grateful shoppers.
